PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance of Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

• Booking changes
  A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

• Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
  Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Halal Vistas by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

• Deposit: Upon booking, a deposit is required to secure your spot on the tour. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. We recommend carefully considering your travel plans before making the deposit payment.

• Full Payment: The full payment for the tour is due 60 calendar days prior to the trip departure date. This allows us to finalize all necessary arrangements to ensure a seamless travel experience. Once the final payment is made, it becomes non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds after the final payment has been made.

• We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations and unexpected events. Travel insurance can help safeguard your investment and provide financial protection in case of any unforeseen situations that may prevent you from joining the tour.

• Itinerary Variations
  We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels.

• Tour Cancellation:

  
  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, our company's only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

GUEST RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

• Assumption of Risks
  
  You understand that travel, especially international travel and participation in tour activities, inherently involves risks and dangers, including but not limited to, the risks of injury, illness (including sickness), property damage, and death.

  You knowingly, voluntarily, and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with participating in the Halal Vistas tour, even if those risks arise from the negligence or carelessness of others or defects in equipment, premises, or facilities used during the tour. You assume full responsibility for your participation. You are solely responsible for determining your fitness for the Experience and your ability to safely participate in all activities.
  
  

• Release and Waiver of Liability
  
  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release and promise not to sue Halal Vistas Inc. (including its members, directors, officers, staff, agents, and affiliated entities) or our ground partners for any claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, or liabilities of any nature whatsoever arising from or in connection with your participation in the Experience.

  This release applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory. You intend this to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
  
  

• Indemnification
  
  You agree that if, despite the above Release and Waiver, you or anyone on your behalf makes a claim against Halal Vistas Inc. (or any of its staff or affiliates) relating to the Experience, you will indemnify and hold Halal Vistas harmless from any and all liability, demand, loss, damage, or costs (including legal fees and expenses) that the company may incur as a result of such a claim.
  
  

• Responsibility for Group and Minor Bookings
  
  If you are booking an Experience on behalf of other guests or a minor, you represent and warrant that each guest and/or the legal guardian of the minor has read, understood, and agreed to this Guest Release and Waiver, which shall apply to each of them. You are solely responsible for the supervision and conduct of any minor guest throughout the duration of the Experience.
  
  

• Medical Care and Health Insurance Responsibility

  
  You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all medical and health-related costs that may arise before, during, or after your participation in the Halal Vistas tour, including but not limited to, the cost of emergency medical evacuation, treatment for injury or illness, prescription medications, and hospital services.

  Halal Vistas does not provide medical insurance or coverage for participants.

  We highly recommend and strongly urge all participants to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes robust medical coverage, coverage for emergency evacuation, and trip interruption/cancellation coverage, sufficient for the duration of the tour and all destinations. Your decision to not purchase travel insurance will not limit your financial responsibility under this clause.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Halal Vistas, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you book our halal-friendly tours or subscribe to our communications. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:

• Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form, email, rental agreement, or third-party reservation systems.

• Data Usage: We use your data solely for sending customer communications and follow ups, event invitations and promotional messages.

• Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

• Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

• MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

• Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

• Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at anytime by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to info@halalvistas.com or 1 587 557 6025. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

• You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.

• Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Halal Vistas will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers
